Overview
Villa Gardenia is a beautiful three bedroom villa with private pool located on the picturesque Pinheiros Altos estate in Quinta do Lago. With generous outdoor space, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-fi internet, cable TV with a wide range of English language channels and of course Villa Gardenia is a perfect villa to relax on your family villa holiday in the Algarve.
Guests staying at this villa are entitled to discounted rates on the Pinheiros Altos golf course.
Living Areas
The living room is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a TV which has a wide range of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV. The kitchen area is furnished with a breakfast table with seating for 6 persons and is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer; integrated microwave and oven; dishwasher; washing machine; tumble dryer;Nespresso coffee machine; gas hobs; toaster; kettle and juicer. Doors from the kitchen lead to the exterior dining area with integrated charcoal BBQ.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa, and this is a twin bedroom with a/c, patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and an en suite shower room.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has two twin beds together; a/c; doors to the balcony overlooking the pool and with golf course views and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is the master suite complete with double bed (1.80m x 2.00m); a/c; dressing area; doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath, double wash basins and separate shower unit.
Outside Space
Villa Gardenia has generous outdoor space and garden areas. The swimming pool measures approximately 9 metres x 4 metres with corner steps entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.10 metres in depth; the deep end is 2.15 metres deep,great for families with young children. The pool can be heated for a supplemental charge. As of August 2018 the pool area has been refurbished and the pool fence removed and replaced with a child friendly, electric pool cover,there is a refundable deposit payable for use of the remote control for the use of the cover.

There is space for 2 vehicles to park on the entrance driveway.
Location
Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Quinta Shopping Plaza lies at the entrance to the resort and is easily reachable by both foot and car from any of the villas lying within. A large commercial area adorned by many high-end stores, restaurants and bars, the setting is beautiful and very well maintained. However Quinta Shopping isn't sheltered, so it's not the best shopping option on rainy days, luckily there are not many of those in the Algarve.
